I think that we have some work to do with infrastructure and some staff training though I feel confident that no one would encounter overt bigotry. However, because we focus on the Asian American population I think we have a unique ability to support LGBTQ members of the community from those cultural backgrounds. All of our providers and counselors have been trained to be LGBGT friendly.
